Villa Mimosa has been designed to provide comfortable, light and airy accommodation for up to six people in three air conditioned bedrooms - one double and two twins. We can also accommodate one or two infants in a travel cot (not provided). The property is built on a hillside and is on two levels. There are no internal steps or changes of level on each floor, although there is an internal staircase between ground and first floors. The villa features three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of which is ensuite), and the dressing room upstairs, whilst the kitchen, living accommodation, dining area, downstairs WC / washbasin, terraces and pool are at the lower level.
The Villa is AIR CONDITIONED in all bedrooms, sitting area and dining area.
The master bedroom suite has a king-size double, with ensuite bathroom and dressing room with large built-in wardrobes. There are also two good size twin bedrooms, each equipped with built in wardrobes. These two rooms share an adjacent shower room.
Floors are tiled throughout in pale ceramic tiles, and the staircase is marble. Coming down the marble staircase, you will find yourself in the large L-shaped living room with dining area. The sitting area has two comfortable sofas, Satellite TV, DVD player, side table etc, and the dining area offers spacious and comfortable dining for six with leather chairs and a glass-topped table.
There is a sizable luxury kitchen which is very well equipped, including a big Bosch fridge / freezer, a Bosch dishwasher, Bosch automatic washing machine and a combination Sanyo microwave / grill. There is a four-element electric hob with fast-heat halogen elements, an electric oven with grill, and a stainless steel extractor hood with lighting. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you are likely to require. We also provide an iron and ironing board.
There is also a downstairs cloakroom with WC and hand wash-basin.
